- The full extent of all provisions and specifications described throughout PetraBellus’s Terms and Conditions will apply to any and all official and/or unofficial forms and/or outlets of Business representation and/or resources, including the Company website, social media platforms, human and/or digital resources, and/or any other entities, agents, and/or formally recognized and/or accepted representatives for the Business. This applies throughout the extend of the Terms and Conditions, even when not otherwise specified and/or fully disclosed as such.

Unless otherwise stated, PetraBellus and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on our platforms. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this content for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

Client Exchanges
This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
– All exchanges, including product or business reviews, provided by clients are voluntary and free from any expectations or requirements by the Business.
– By engaging in such exchanges, clients acknowledge and agree that their comments, reviews, or emails may be used by the shop at its discretion without compensation or privacy protection guarantees.
User Comments
Certain parts of this website and/or our other platforms (such as social media accounts) offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material, and data (‘Comments’) in areas of the website. Shipping and delivery terms are outlined during the checkout process, including estimated delivery times and any additional fees or charges. All transactions are subject to availability, and PetraBellus reserves the right to cancel orders or limit quantities at our discretion.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between PetraBellus and a customer, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly and fairly.
If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to engage in mediation or arbitration proceedings conducted by a neutral third party. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or products shall be governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, USA.
All expenses resulting from and/or directly produced as a result of the execution and/or coordination of these and/or any other related proceedings are subject to prior approval in writting from an authorized Business representative for PetraBellus prior to assuming these and are the full and entire responsability of the Consumer at all point in time, as a requirement for participation of Parties in these proceedings and without regards for any decisions, determinations, and/or acknowledgement of fault that might result from these events.
Any agreed upon compensations will be honored to the extent in which PetraBellus is able to do so in its independent existence and without defaulting to, considering, and/or adversely or negatively impacting any representatives or agencies, not including any applicable or relevant fees or expenses assumed or directly resulting from these proceedings indefinitely. You agree to exclude all Business human resources from liability or responsability for any kind or form of legal and/or other responsive actions and/or compensations, holding these officials harmless from any proceedings outside those directly invested in and/or fully committed to the Business itself.
All disputes are not to include, contemplate, nor require and/or expect any application and/or liable implications over the Business representatives and owners themselves, effectively excluding from all liability, harm, and/or direct or indirect penalization, responsive efforts, and/or actionable compensations stipulations or requirements upon these individuals and/or their own, non-Business related and/or fully committed Business resources without distinction or consideration outside of these specified Terms and Conditions, as part of the Customers formal acceptance of these specifications upon engaging in any way with Business resources and indefinitely thereafter. Solely those fully commited Business assets and/or net income (outside of the reasonable ‘Business Loss’ threshold) can be directly and/or indirectly implicated in any and all liability and/or disputes relating to liability claims and/or proceedings, as outlined above.
Returns and Refunds
– We only provide refunds at our discretion. To be eligible for a return and/or refund, you must present:
– Proof of identity
– Proof of payment transaction
– Purchased materials (subject to return to seller at Clients expense unless otherwise agreed upon by PetraBellus, at voluntary and sole discretion)
– Video and photographic evidence of package prior to opening
– Uninterrupted videographic evidence throughout the unboxing process
– Clear images of all claimed damages and/or defects to goods received after fully opening the products
– We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. Any compensation requests related to such issues should be directed to the third-party shipping entity.
– We are not responsible for products that were received for free, as part of promotional sales and/or client incentive programs and/or strategies.
– We commit to ensuring that packages and their contents are adequately prepared and preserved throughout the shipment process to the best of our ability.
– PetraBellus provides transparent product descriptions and disclosures, striving for accuracy and precision when representing products and services provided by the Business. While we always strive for this, any discrepancies or unintentional misinformation provided regarding Business goods are not PetraBellus’s responsibility nor is the Company required to provide any form of compensation in response to this. None the less, PetraBellus is open to reviewing claims of inaccuracies, potentially revising content or offering compensation at our discretion. Termination of Services
PetraBellus reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to users who violate our Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activities, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of our website.
