Shipping Information

1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt of payment, unless otherwise notified to the Client. If at any moment PetraBellus believes it will not be able to comply with the standard 3-5 business days order processing timeframe, we will promptly notify you about the delay. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping options for your convenience, including standard shipping, expedited shipping, and/or international shipping. We will ship your order through USPS, unless stated otherwise by an authorized Business representative. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected, the destination, the weight and dimensions of the order, and shipping fulfillment speed fluctuations.

3. Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or shipping regulations. We will notify you promptly if any items in your order are ineligible for shipping or if additional shipping charges apply.

4. Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and instructions for tracking your package (when possible and/or applicable). If you do not receive this notice, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

5. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery of your order, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may cause delays in shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Returns and Refunds

1. Eligibility: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PetraBellus. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request approval for a return within 5 days of receiving your order.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the specified return period. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and details of the item(s) you wish to return, as requested of you by a customer service representative and/or outlined within our Website’s Terms and Conditions notice. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number, if applicable.

3. Return Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be subject to refusal or additional restocking fees.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated by PetraBellus. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Furthermore, Improper packaging of returned items, resulting in visible product damages during transit, will be the sole and full responsibility of the Customer and constitute a potential voiding of any return and/or refund agreements between the Parties.

5. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days or less.

6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to, personalized items, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.

7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement or refund as necessary. Please be sure to go over our Website Terms and Conditions, as this notice defined and outlines all components and supporting evidence required to qualify for a return and/or refund from the Business. The Client may or may not be required to assume the return shipment costs, at the sole discretion of PetraBellus authorized representatives. Items must be returned to and received by PetraBellus to complete the refund process, unless stated otherwise by customer services.
